Hirsch Memorial Park

Hirsch Memorial Park is the oldest park in Humble and the only one on the city's list with a swimming pool. It is on North Houston Avenue, which is the same road that runs past Timberwood.

What is there

"The Phillip Cezeaux Recreation Center", "Playground equipment", "Gazebo", "Swimming pool", "Picnic shelters", "2 half-court basketball areas", "2 tennis courts", "Public restrooms".1

None of the city's other three parks lists a pool or a tennis court, so this is where you go for either one.456

The pool

Admission is $3, all ages.1 The season runs in three stretches and the city republishes it every year, so check the city page before you load the car. What the city published for summer 2026:1

Two holidays broke the pattern in 2026. Memorial Day fell on Monday May 25 and the pool ran 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and closed the Tuesday after instead. Labor Day fell on Monday September 7 and it ran 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.1

In June and July only, Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM is private swim for Humble Senior Activity Center members.1

Pool parties are not booked through the city. Its page says to call Sweetwater Pools at 281-988-8480.1
