Timberwood Park
The neighborhood has a city park inside it.

The two acreage figures do not agree. The appraisal district's public data file puts the park parcel at 1.59 acres,2 and the city's page says three acres.1 The city does not say where its 1986 date comes from either. The land was set aside as a reserve when the section was platted in 1977.
Park maintenance, broken equipment, mowing and lighting go to Public Works, which lists parks among its responsibilities.3

The city describes its parks as "equipped with trails, playgrounds, pavilions, native trees and flowers, picnic tables, and more", without saying which park has which.4

- Which acreage figure is correct, and whether the city is counting the drainage reserve next to it
- Whether the park can be reserved for a party, and how. The city publishes a pavilion rental for Schott Park and nothing for Timberwood.
- Whether any youth sports leagues use the park
