Most of these numbers belong to the City of Humble. Public Works oversees "water, wastewater, streets, drainage, parks, animal control, code enforcement",1 and several of those have their own line.

The police non-emergency line and the after-hours public works line are the same number. Calling 281-446-7127 after 4:00 PM reaches dispatch and they page whoever is on call.1 Animal services runs through that number as well at extension 4201.4
Public Works office hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.1 Animal services keeps the same hours and works by appointment.4
